I'm a behavioral scientist and consultant based in Montréal, Quebec. I use behavioral insights to understand and improve the products and processes that impact people's short- and long-term wellbeing. 

• What drives behavior and makes some choices easy and others difficult, despite our best intentions?
• How do we stay healthy and active when donuts are delicious and time is scarce?
• How do we save for the future when money is already tight? 

I've partnered with large health and financial institutions to design and test behaviorally-informed interventions to address these and other questions.
